Our client, a plastic surgery and dermatology practice with 3 locations and a fourth location Medspa called V2M2 Group in to act in the capacity of a Chief Marketing Officer to aid them in analyzing and aligning their vendors with their marketing strategy.

They were in the perfect scenario for hiring a Fractional CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) because of the following factors:

  • Not large enough to hire an in-house team or dedicated CMO.

Facebook was on a steady decline with engagement, reach and more. We published less posts, but increased all metrics across the board. This means that through our research, we were able to identify the right messaging and content that would resonate with their audience.
